By registering for the course, you agree to the following conditions:
Intellectual Property Rights and Confidentiality Agreement
This Intellectual Property Rights and Confidentiality Agreement is entered into by and between Easy English 1 and the registered student.
- Ownership of Materials
All course content, including but not limited to Zoom lessons, PowerPoint slides, recordings, and any related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the Easy English. - Restrictions
The Student agrees that they shall not, under any circumstances:
Record, reproduce, or capture any portion of Zoom lessons, whether by video, audio, or screenshots;
Share, copy, distribute, or otherwise provide the Materials to any third party;
Use the Materials for any purpose other than their own personal educational use. - Confidentiality
The Student acknowledges that the Materials are confidential and proprietary. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited. - Enforcement and Remedies
Any violation of this Agreement shall constitute infringement of intellectual property rights. Easy English 1 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to civil damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of attorney’s fees and costs
Acknowledgment
By registering for the course, the Student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
